"Vanja Santos is an Brasilian Bjork-type, her distinctive voice and phrases does not only go through bones and marrow, but also hit deep in the edge of the heart" (a koncert review made by Boris Rabinowitsch in the Danish newspaper Politiken).
Her stage-performance and emanation does not leave any doubt of her experiance-music, the rythm and songs fling out from the stageedge with a power which is half sensualisme and half almost animal wildness - a cocktail known to the ones who haved experianced the music in Brasil.
