SERGIO FERRAZ: Violinist, composer and graduated BA in music from UFPE. Sergio Ferraz began his career in the middle of 1980's, playing with Camera Orchestras . In the 1987 he founded the group called Alma em Água(Soul on Water). With this group he played in many Musical Festivals . In 1997 he made a tour with the group Alma em Agua in the United States. In 2002 he founded the instrumental group called, SONORIS FABRICA.

In 2009 he recorded the CD Segundo Romancario with the classical guitar player Antonio Madureira, this CD is duet of Violin and acoustic guitar. In 2010 Sergio Ferraz with his band SONORIS FABRICA recorded their new CD.
Also in Recife in 2004 the group held a concert with a blockbuster at the Apollo Theatre with the guest german guitarists ULI DUMSHADIT and AHMED EL-SAMOURY, also in the same year the group participated in the soundtrack of the short film "Doces Apegos ' by the director Eduardo Duarte.

During the Carnival of 2009 in Recife, the SONORIS FABRICA did a special concert honoring the great personalities of popular culture as the master of Pernambuco maracatu and fiddler - Mestre Salustiano and the frevo composer Maestro Capiba. SONORIS FABRICA is: SERGIO FERRAZ (violin), LEONARDO MELO (guitar), MARCIO SILVA (drums) CLAUDIO NEGAO (electric bass). In 2010 the band recorded their new CD at the Studio Muzak in Recife, and it was reliased in january of 2011.
