After a successful networking session and panel at Womex 2010 and 2011 in Copenhagen, Women of the World is back for Greece 2012!
Responding to the feedback from last year, as opposed to holding a formal on-Womex event, the best thing we can do to promote networking and new connections, is just meeting each other and hanging together!
So on that note, we decided to create an event much more informal for this years Womex, a coffee/early drink before the opening concert on Wednesday night October 17th. Starting at 6pm, we’ll have an hour/hour and a half to grab a coffee, say hi to old friends and welcome new ones, and then head to the opening concert together. For you first timers, it’s a great way to meet a few friendly faces before the whirlwind of the conference hall, so come join us!
Please help us spread the word and share this event with anyone coming to Womex who would be interested in attending!
We we will be at Kafenai, just a short walk from the daytime venue.
