RODA DE ENREDO - Macaco Branco
This is a musical project that goes far beyond a samba circle with a repertoire of samba-enredos (samba themes). It was conceived by musical producer, percussionist, composer, and Master of Drums, Macaco Branco, with the ambition of bringing to the public a glimpse into the history of iconic samba-enredos and the characters who are part of the Samba School scene.
Using the format of a samba circle, composed of singers and musicians, the project will tell the story of these figures such as Lead Singers, Composers, and Masters of Drums who are part of the world of Samba Schools. The actors themselves will narrate their experiences, and, of course, many samba-enredos will be performed.
The passion of our creator, Mestre Macaco Branco, for the style of samba presented in the Samba School parades was the fundamental pillar for the conception of this project. It is this passion that we aim to convey to the audience that attends RODA DE ENREDO
