British Dependency

Formed in Anguilla, British Dependency leverages the band members' Caribbean roots, artfully balancing drums, bass and two guitars with lyrical overlays of wisdom, curiosity, and love to create a sound not easily categorized, but rooted in reggae. It’s an eclectic sound that’s sometimes grooving, body-moving, gentle, funky, laced with rock & roll, but always grounded in a reggae, bluesy soulful zone."

The robust guitarist with an effortless voice, Ishmael Levi. Ish is a multifaceted musician who strongly believes in the power of live music. Look for the reward of getting lost in his ease and vibe.

Edu Mora lead guitarist is a producer, composer, teacher and a music major Graduate of New York University. An Ecuadorian native, Edu’s academic and latino background compliments the bands unique tale.

The cool ruler, Ras Marvin's bass lines bring the coolness and calmness need to keep an eclectic grounded except when it's time to fly. And then it's freedom. Loved by many Ras Marvin is a man of peace. One of who speaks through his actions and his music .

The entertainer on the drums is the subtly magnetic, Jaiden Fleming who is motivated by hard work and it shows when he plays. He could be a one-man-show yet he exercises self-control in rooting this trio of compatible talent. Be on the lookout for his solo.
