Arts Festival Of North Norway
The Arts Festival of North Norway has been arranged since 1965, and is today a leading player in arts and culture in the far north.
The most important cultural event in Arctic Norway. Focusing on a wide variety of music, stage performances and fine arts. All art forms are represented; including concerts, theatre, dance, visual arts and an extensive programme of performances for children and youth.
The Arts Festival of North Norway celebrates its unique location, at the heart of Arctic Norway. The festival takes place in June, the time of the midnight sun, and is a meeting point between the far north and artists, bands and ensembles from around the globe.
