Uzi Ramirez is an iconic musician in the Israeli indie scene. A devil session guitarist, a member of Israeli bands Boom Pam and Ramirez Brothers and overall a brilliant musician, now about to release his debut solo album.
With "Lick my heart" the artist is taking the listener to his greatest love, Americana, with all original tunes, recorded analogically, produced by Uzi Ramirez and mastered in Nashville by Richard Dodd ( George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty Freddy Mercury, and more ....) . Taking in influences from Folk, Blues, Funk, Rock'n'roll and also some touches of classical music.
To back up the album, Uzi has formed a new band with two of Israel's most in demand musicians, Shacham Ohana on bass and Tal Tamari on drums to form the classic rock trio format.
