Avokado Artists is a full 360º non-profit arts organisation dedicated to cross-cultural understanding through the arts. Our services include artist management, music business consulting, music publishing and sync licensing.
Our current roster includes two-time Grammy-winning Native American artist/renaissance man Robert Mirabal (Taos Pueblo), twice Grammy-nominated Iraqi oud master and composer Rahim AlHaj, Brazil-NYC mash up Nation Beat, Angolan Afropop artist Vivalda Ndula, award-winning Latin powerhouse Nosotros, thunderous Afro-Brazian percussion group, Maracatu New York, and Mexican post-traditional painter Jade Leyva. We also represent post Zombie Estonian duo Puuluup in the US.
Avokado Artist also directs, produces and curates the annual ¡Globalquerque! Festival (www.globalquerque.org). We are also booking consutants for the annual Lotus Festival (www.lotusfest.org). In addition, we present concerts and outreach throughout the year under our ¡Globalquerque! Presents banner.
Avokado Artists is also home of Avokado Music Licensing, an eclectic, 100% cleared Sync Licensing house offering music from across genres including world, roots, pop. Americana, indie, R&B, jazz, Latin and more. We also represent composers for film and television.
