This album contains two improvisations of Bayat Isfahan - accompaniment of violin, piano and tar- and Dashti, solo violin playing. In Bayat Isfahan the last performance of maestro Javad Maroofi pianist, recorded a short time before his death in Yahaghee’s home, is accompanied by maestro Jalil Shahnaz’s tar, maestro Parviz Yahaghee’s violin and maestro Jahangir Malek’s tonbak. In Dashti we hear violin improvisations by maestro Parviz Yahaghee in his third style accompanied by maestro Mohammad Esmaeeli’s tonbak.
