BSCAP is a nonprofit collective management organization limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Companies Act of Belize. BSCAP is committed to protecting the rights of artists in the exploitation of their work, so that they can derive equitable remuneration for their creativity, which in turn will further establish the Arts as a competitive, vibrant and viable industry in Belize.
