L'arannà is a duo that blends electronic music and folk music from Ibiza and Formentera islands, specially with 'cant redoblat', a unique and ancient way of singing from this islands that, nowadays, is preserved for no more than 20 people.

With the show Turmarí, the duo L’arannà dives deep into the folk music traditions of the Pityusic Islands, offering—through their distinctive blend of sound exploration—a unique perspective on Ibiza and Formentera. Synthesizers and keyboards share the stage with traditional instruments like castanets, drums, the espasí, the flaüta, and aesthetics inspired by the ancestral ball pagès dance.

Between traditional glosses and cants redoblats, some unearthed from sound archives and others of their own creation, this Ibiza-Catalan group weaves a narrative that traces the roots and lived reality of two islands that are far more than just a dreamt-of paradise.
