Alessandro Penezzi is an outstanding guitar player from Sao Paulo. His language is Choro _ Brazilian popular instrumental music_ but his performance goes beyond. Besides the influences of Baden Powell, Edu Lobo e Egberto Gismonti that could be noticed all along his work, Alessandro shows with incredible agility and sensibility a musical personality that makes the audience be sure to be in front of one of the best Brazilian guitar players in activity.
This year, he's touring with the very reknowed bass player Sizao Machado, who played with Chet Baker, Milton Nascimento, Joyce, Nicola Estilo among others and the young talented drumer Alex Buck.
