A celebration to the music and culture of Colombia's Pacific region. A region populated by afro colombians, that is rich in tradition but extremely poor in living conditions. The 13th edition of this festival continues to bring the best of the region to Cali, a 4 day contest of folcloric groups where the flavor of this region invades Cali with it's amazing music and positive vibes.
