Between the 31st of October and the 4th of November 2012, the third edition of the cultural platform for music, CIRCULART, is bringing together professionals from Latin America and the World in Medellin, Colombia
This event was established in 2010 at the III Latin American Congress of Culture; in its first edition over a thousand professionals from 20 countries in Latin America and special guests from 57 countries around the world were present. Special guests that characterized different sectors of the music business enjoyed 3 days of deliberation, circulation of goods, services, ideas and opportunities related to cultural industries.
Circulart is a project of REDLAT, civil non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote a culture of entrepreneurship for the arts. With an experience of over 20 years in the cultural sector REDLAT - Colombia has been involved in advising and organizing these types of events in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia.
