Compass Music

An international music consulting agency founded in 2019 by Géraldine Zanaska, Compass Music is based out of Paris and London, and offers bespoke solutions to music companies, events, organisations and artists wishing to develop internationally, with a focus on the UK and France. Services offered are bespoke to clients’ needs and can range from one-off strategic consulting to long-term project or campaign management, business development and local representation, events, communication & PR. Compass Music can also animate conference, courses, and hands-on workshops on the aforementioned subjects.

Clients past or present include festivals and events (Trans Musicales, Sonic Visions, MaMA Festival & Convention), independent record labels (Kwaidan Records, Strut Records, Un Plan Simple), publishers (Universal Music Publishing), institutions (Institut Français, Le Bureau Export, music:LX).
