“Kendin Cos” is an ethnic rock (nu-metal/ska) album, thanks to
the use of the ethnic instrument “baglama”. The themes of the
songs in this album range from love to betrayal and to politics.
However, even the gloomiest lyrics are played with such positive
melodies that the band's overall performance ends up having a
tremendous energy. Deja-Vu’s music video for the song “Kendin
Cos” stayed in the number one position for 4 weeks on Dream
TV’s (Turkish music channel) top ten videos. The same video
also appeared on MTV World Chart Express.
