Freshen Up Arts is a new International and Roots music booking and management agency founded by veteran North American agent David Gaar.
With over 25+ years history of booking North American tours for international artists under his belt, David has previously programmed North American tours have included such A-list artists as Mariza, Miriam Makeba, Jesus Alemany y Cubanismo, Hugh Masekela, Oliver Mtukudzi & Black Spirits, Bembeya Jazz, Mahotella Queens, Mavis Staples, Chico Cesar, Virginia Rodrigues and many others.
