This record counts on her Creole Lyrics and the production, composition and instrumental execution of Theo Pas’cal. This album is like the name says, her very own and special interpretation of the Capeverdian sounds and rhythms blended with other contemporary influences of Jazz and fusion music. It was released in June 2005 and was supported with the quality stamp of RDP ÁFRICA the only World music radio station in Portugal member of EBU. Carmen is currently touring in Portugal to promote this album and just presented a show at WOMAD 2005 in UK where the album sold out. The album will be realesed in Span next and other countries are under negociations.
