TIANA draws with happiness in the inheritance of its island to build a universe which emphasizes the strong points of its country: Madagascar. Type-setter author and interprets accomplished, it is on scene that the art of Tiana becomes all its extensive: It radiates there with a dynamism, a charisma and a presence which did not leave any insensitive public. In Madagascar it obtained in 1997 the GASITSARA 96 (Malagasy equivalent of the victories of the music) which devoted it better artist of the year 1996. And in 1998, Tiana is elected woman of the year in the culture category by the Malagasy press. Since 1995, Tiana furrowed the scenes of South Africa, central Africa, Reunion, the Comoros, Mayotte, Seychelles, Maurice and of course Madagascar. It sang on many scenes of Europe of which Olympia and Babel Med in March 2008. Its last album, " IBESAFIRA " resounds of its Malagasy roots. Between traditional music and modern music, he visits several rhythms of Madagascar, on texts which are each one a photograph of its country. Sonorities are at the same time current and traditional, a very original mixture which challenges as much on scene as on CD.
