La Etnia Worldmusic

La Etnia was born in 2002 with the aim to promote different World-music cultures through the Radio.



La Etnia is a radio program dedicated to traditions, proposals and vanguard of the different music styles and cultures of the World and of its urban sounds.



It started to go live in the city of Madrid in 2002.

Its final aim is to spread and get known all the musical cultures of the World and its various proposals.

Our objective is to make La Etnia the main reference point to boost the World-music.



In 2010 La Etnia has done a step forward in order to focus also on the urban and popular music of the world.



Thanks to its network, La Etnia has become not only a radio & tv format but also an online platform which puts an accent on the new talents, the tradition interpreters, the classical representatives up to the new proposals which make the popular and urban music of the World a continuative path of intercultural exchange and respect of and for the various interpreters.



La Etnia has originated Pangea, a radio program which has the aim to keep the same line as program with the new focus on all the new proposals in order to present itself as strong presence towards a real global integration.



Pangea goes live all Sundays at 10:35 pm on 103.3fm Radio Popolare (Roma) and online in streaming at the following address:
