Duo is the realization of a pianistic project that explores the entire melodic, harmonic, rhythmic, percussive and orchestral potentiality propitiated by the piano.
The work is oriented to take benefit from the Brazilian popular music wealth that, with its diversity, provides arrangements elaborated by the own pianists with the most different sound styles emphasized by Duo.
Among the Brazilian composers, it can be pointed out themes of Tom Jobim, Ernesto Nazareth, Pixinguinha, Egberto Gismonti, Milton Nascimento, Dom Salvador, Ivan Lins, etc, as well as themes of the own pianists.
Concerning the execution, his classic and jazz formations allow him to develop a musical work searching for the improvement of the pianistic dynamics and sonority.
