Missex is a queer and anti-racist artist who presents herself masked that gives space for any identity behind the mask. Through her body and voice, Missex supports anti-racist, transfeminist and LGBTQI+ movements. Together with her partner Nea, they formed the musical genre electroguarritrop, a mix of tropical electroclash. Together, they present a show that fuses their own songs and music, performance and visual arts. By 2024, they will release their first album in both digital and vinyl formats. Missex is also a DJ of electrocumbia and world music.
