Missex is a character who bursts onto the scene to celebrate dissidence and shake up the norm. Through voice, body and mask, they embody a plural, borderless figure connected to feminist, anti-racist and LGBTIQ+ movements.

Creator of Electroguarritrop — a wild blend of electroclash and tropical beats — Missex delivers live shows and DJ sets that become rituals of pleasure, resistance and collective desire. Their musical universe also draws from electrocumbia, tropical bass and global club sounds.

Missex works in close collaboration with FES Cultura and is part of the artistic roster of Folcore Records, the Barcelona-based label behind the release of their debut album, MissExitos, coming out digitally and on vinyl in 2026.

With music, performance and activism constantly intersecting, Missex turns the dance floor into a space for celebration, dissidence and connection.
