The luggage is almost packed, the calendar is chaotic, and the caffeine strategy is locked in.
Music4You is officially heading to WOMEX 2026 in Las Palmas!
You’ll find me holding down the fort at the Italy Stand (L15) from Thursday through Saturday. Whether you’re hunting for high-octane festival headliners, intimate acoustic soul, or just need five minutes to complain about flight delays over a coffee or a light beer, I’d love to connect.
Here’s a quick taste of the incredible roster we’re championing this year:
++ Kanazoé Orkestra (Burkina Faso / France) – Master balafon energy that redefines West African tradition for massive global stages.
++ Las Panteras (Cuba / France) – An Afro-Cuban explosion fusing Yoruba heritage, fierce Afro-Latin feminism, and unstoppable dancefloor energy.
++ Authentica (Luxembourg) – High-voltage Celtic and folk fusion weaving ancient legends into driving, multilingual grooves.
++ Oktopus (Quebec / Canada) – Montreal’s multi-award-winning klezmer and chamber folk powerhouse.
Also representing WMCE artists:
++ Roberta Gulisano (Trio) (UK / Italy) – A bold, captivating voice straight from the heart of Sicily. WMCE Artist 2025
++ Bronagh Slevin (Ireland / Italy) – Spellbinding cello, soulful vocals, and deep island roots. WMCE Top 10 October 2026
As always, we’re on the lookout for gig opportunities and tour routing for 2027/28—but we’re equally eager to brainstorm new cultural collaborations, or debate the meaning of life.
Like in 2026, we are joining force with the Sicily Music Conference team.
Catching up by Stand L15 ITALY? Drop us a line ahead of time to schedule a meeting (music4you.net@gmail.com) or just pop by and ask for Eric. See you in Las Palmas!
