What makes this band so beloved? They partially use instruments made out of bambou cut by themselves in the backyard of their village San Luis, some 25 kilometers out of Santiago de Cuba, thus generating a very special and unique sound.
The band plays traditional Son, but also guarachas and boleros. The show with these primitive instruments is unforgettable.
