NoOx is an Innovative start-up in the music industry, bridging Italy, the Afro Community & Sub Saharan Africa, starting from Senegal.
The aim is to represent Africa and its diaspora far from stereotypes through the Inclusion of diverse sounds, languages, attitudes, lifestyle, internationalization, research & disclosure together with awareness. It is the reference for the Afro Urban Market in Italy, and Senegal. Working on a PAN AFRICAN MUSIC mind on a daily basis, researching for innovative (and decolonized) sounds (and storytellings) which could be internationalized, reflecting the African / Afro roots.
Some of the actions to reach their mission:
- Social Innovation through the inclusion of “diverse” sounds/ languages, cultures & trends in the EU market, and the building of a representation of underrepresented communities such as the Afro community one.
- Export of African innovative sounds / building structures behind realities of the music market to empower them in an equal ecosystem
- Musically & internationally working between creatives and professional realities in Africa and the rest of the world, especially curating the bridge Italy - Senegal, but growing our professional and creative network in the whole Sub Saharan area.
- Partnering with strong institutions and enterprises active in the social innovation and music to empower our mission through the market;
- Europe-Africa-Afro community: win-win business exchange, empowerment and business awareness through education for young artists and professionals.
- Creative, Strategic & Inclusive Directions & Consultancies: Curating line ups intersectionally and internationally inclusive, starting from our core goal / business.
