A world fusion of inspirations from the Middle East, Balkans / India and Andalusia - a musical journey through almost 30 years as an exponent of the eastern world music in Denmark.
In 2021-22, Oriental Mood presents Egyptian singer Nouran Abutalep and bassist Samer George from Cairo, in a cross over collaboration with concerts both in Europe and Egypt.
The music is based on a hybrid of original Fayruz songs and own compositions.
They come together to Denmark an play concerts late November 2021

Mirwais Fedai: Indian tabla: is today one of the best tabla players in Scandinavia.
Lars Bo "Khaled" Kujahn: bandleader: Kanun, Arabic percussion
Ole Reimer: trumpet specializing in Balkan / Klezmer
Nouran Abutalep: Vocal
Is a star on the way up in Egypt with Cairo as a base. Her idol is Fayruz - whose voice is also close by.
Samer George: Bass
