PangeiArt

PangeiArt is a company that creates music productions, interactive exhibitions, live performances and educational programs. We design, make and sell unique and original musical instruments and sound installations. Initiated by composer and instrument designer Victor Gama, PangeiArt has been closely collaborating with foundations, museums, cultural centers, festivals, galleries, ensembles, composers, film directors and producers.

Our services include:
- creating music with a unique set of musical instruments and their own sound libraries;
- developing and making multiplayer musical instruments;
- an interactive exhibition of more then 40 new musical instruments and sound installations with workshops and performances;
- an educational program for children;
- creativity workshops for companies;

The National Museums of Scotland; Kronos Quartet; Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation; Prince Claus Fund; Chicago Symphony Orchestra; Gulbenkian Orchestra; The Royal Opera House London; The Concertgebouw Amsterdam; The National Centre for Craft and Design, UK; Centro Cultural de Belém, Lisbon; São Luiz Teatro Municipal, Lisbon; SESC São Carlos, Brazil; The J. F. Kennedy Center in Washington DC.

We were commissioned to develop several major scores, written by Victor Gama, among which a piece for the 2013 Prince Claus Awards at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam and subsequently received further commissioning for the multimedia opera '3 thousand RIVERS: Voices in the Forest' which premiered in 2016 at the Grand Auditorium of the Caloust Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon and in 2017 at Teatro Roberto Arias Perez in Bogota.
