The underling idea of the present album is based on a reading of a poem of Houshang Ebtehaj, the great contemporary poet, who has perpetually engraved his name in the history of poetry for the magic juxtapositions of his words. The impression the poet has left on the composers is apparent in the melody-lines and the latent lump got in the twists of Avaaz (the vocal). The main texture and context of the melodies triggers the expression of the words. Although the existence of such trends is a “faint light of a languishing lamp” in the current era in which all is simply ignored as naught, its ardent desire should be fortified and this is possible only by persistence and recurrence; a persistence in perseverance and a recurrence anchored in consciousness. Our joy and cheer of Ebtehaj’s words on one side and the colors inspired by the artwork on the other side has resulted in its distribution. “It” comes from the remote past and “this” emanates from a modern communication.
