Pierre Germain Projects

Pierre Germain Projects represents musical projects very different from each other but all based on the same principle and essence: the humanity of each of its artists !

Evoéh, led by Ariana Barrabés Romeo (voice and oriental percussions), with a different and original jazz proposal based on songs of oral tradition, especially Sephardic, or original compositions in different languages (Spanish, Ladino, Catalan, Galician, Occitan, Arabic, etc), offers, in addition to their concerts, workshops and talks, meetings based on the curiosity aroused by their instruments and the study carried out in the Sephardic oral tradition.

One PAC & Fellows, a Senegalese musician and a Sevillian musician meet at a Jam Session, have what they call a ‘musical crush’, start working together and embark on a common project: Birane Amar Wane and Jose Gómez, perform songs in Wolof, Pular and English about freedom, immigration and social justice.
But their story is much longer ...

Thioune Brothers, a Senegalese music and dance band. It was founded in 2009 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria by Aly and Khaly Thioune, two brothers with a degree in performing arts from the National School of Art of Senegal and a scholarship in Paris. Through their work they try to instil the values of solidarity and interculturality.

Germán López, an artist who shines on the world stage as one of the brightest and most prolific young timplists. He moves audiences with original instrumental music that honours the folk music traditions of the Canary Islands, embracing Spanish flamenco, West African rhythms, the open spirit of jazz and an innovative 21st century approach to interpreting "island music ».
