Creative Europe is the European Union framework programme running between 2014-2020 for supporting the cultural and creative sectors with a total budget of 1.46 billion euros. Cultural organisations can apply for support for their international cooperation projects focusing on mobility, audience development and capacity building. Almost a hundred projects tackling the challenges of artists and music industry professionals, as well as transnational mobility and reaching new audiences, were co-financed by the EU. As 2021 marks the beginning of the next Programme, the European Commission launched Music Moves Europe, a multiannual preparatory action aimed at mapping the needs and characteristics of the music industry, to answer the sector's challenges in the best way possible. Creative Europe continues from next year, so let's discover your opportunities and get your ideas funded!
