This session brings together PMX and Arts Canteen alongside artist Rahaf Shamali to explore a sustainable future for Palestinian music. PMX focuses on industrial sustainability, while Arts Canteen platforms diaspora artists. Featuring frontline experiences from Shamali and Al-Yousef, the panel addresses systemic barriers to visibility, especially for musicians in Gaza. WOMEX 26 provides a vital space to co-create strategies with international peers. The panel addresses three key questions:
1. What are our institutional and artistic experiences to-date?
2. What are the common structural challenges?
3. How can we co-create future strategies with global partners? Followed by Q&A.
