Music and nightlife should be spaces where everyone can participate, connect, and belong. Led by experts from the Human Power DJ Project and Eventsure, this panel brings together the pioneering experience of Deaf Rave and the accessibility work of the Clubcommission Berlin to explore how the music and nightlife sectors can become truly inclusive. Through practical examples, lived experience, and innovative approaches, speakers will discuss how to remove physical, sensory, social, and cultural barriers in venues, festivals, clubs, and live music events. Participants will gain practical tools and inspiration for creating safer, more accessible environments where diversity is valued and everyone has the right to experience music and nightlife on equal terms.
