Southeast Asia is often described as an "emerging" music market, but that framing no longer captures the region's reality. This session argues that Southeast Asia is already a vital cultural and business ecosystem with its own infrastructures, audiences, and cross-border networks. This examines how regional-led platforms have generated tangible export results.
