Our future is in the hands of a new breed of musician. This panel comprises designers of some of the most innovative international talent development programmes, discussing what music needs to create a sustainable, flourishing future.

Carnegie Hall's Ensemble Connect programme celebrates its 10th year, with a strong focus on redefining a musician's role in society and radical education and performance projects in demanding environments. Musica Viva's FutureMakers take the brightest young Australians and empowers them via project-based learning, creating digital content, new audiences and unexpected collaborations.

Serious' Take Five has bred and promoted a generation of musicians across the UK and Europe, changing their sounds and practices, and completely reinvigorating the sector. Hear Amy Rhodes (Carnegie), Martel Ollerenshaw (Serious) and Genevieve Lacey (Musica Viva) map out a future.
