Last year we held our first-ever global gathering of indieclassicists. This year we proudly present the progress made. You'll hear about our first regional network meetings as part of the Creative Europe supported project C3 ⊂ IC. You'll learn about the workshops we gave to music students; you'll be told about the discovery of ever-more indieclassical initiatives; and we will launch our brand-spanking-new, global-online-social-network-space!
For those not yet in the know...aurally, indieclassical is classical music blended and intermingled with rock, electronica, jazz or global music. But it is also so much more than a sound or a genre - it's a mind-set, an independent approach to music making and presenting.
This session will be lively, interactive and engaging.
