Zonzo Compagnie creates music projects for young audiences and is internationally known for its series of productions around iconic composers such as John Cage, JS Bach and Thelonious Monk. Their newest show HUSH centers around the English composer Henry Purcell. Associative instead of narrative, HUSH seeks to immerse the audience in Purcell’s musical universe. Via a miniature version of an old theatre surrounded by an impressive multi-media set-up, we dive into the world of Henry Purcell. An accordionist, a soprano and a lutenist let the music of Purcell shine in unique arrangements.
