Free entry for Classical:NEXT delegates!
The first orchestra performing at Classical:NEXT, in an unorthodox way of course! Right after the Friday evening Classical:NEXT Showcases, the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Cage, Ives and Hartmann, conducted by Arie van Beek. The musicians will not only play but be part of a visual, theatrical performance under the direction of Sjaron Minailo, changing the set rituals of the symphonic concert. The soloists will be alto Kismara Pessatti and pianist Ralph van Raat. Delegates can get their ticket on Friday in the Jurriaanse Foyer just outside the showcase venue as well as at the main ticket box office (at the Grote Zaal entrance) by showing their wristband and badge.
