This meeting focuses on world music programmers in concert halls, theatres and other venues. It is intended to promote cross-border cooperation between programmers (venues/halls/theatres) to eventually programme more efficiently and diversely.
Belgium’s Dutch-speaking network Toernee Mondial will use its tools gathered from 20 years of experience to start the conversation. Hopefully this can be the formation of new networks and initiate and improve practical cooperation. The meeting is primarily intended for programmers. To keep the discussion pure, we wish to emphasize that agencies, bookers and managers do not belong to the target audience. Country-specific institutes, however, can be important partners.
