Poder Latino is a Spanish music promoter, management and booking agency, which combines the worldwide management of spanish bands, such as Macaco or Pastora, with the booking of great Latin artists, like Orishas, Los Van Van, Rubén Blades or Los Muñequitos de Matanzas.

Poder Latino is the name adopted in 1998 by the latin music promoter Son Productions, created in 1993 by David Sandoval in Barcelona, which started with a concert of Oscar D'Leon and the organization of Sabor'93 Festival, with the first performances in Spain of Vocal Sampling, NG La Banda or the japanese salsa band La Orquesta de la Luz.

From 1994 we focused our work in the production and promotion of cuban music bands like Los Van Van, Issac Delgado, Irakere, Charanga Habanera and many more, creating a space in the spanish stages for a scene known as La Timba Cubana.

We have been also representing and promoting great names of Latin music like Celia Cruz, Eddie Palmieri, Oscar D'León, Tito Puente, Israel Lopez 'Cachao', Willie Colón, or Frankie Ruiz.

From 1999 Poder Latino began to explore the new musical experiments of fusion of latin music with other dance musics, like hip-hop, reggae or electronic, starting a new line of promotion of groups like Orishas or P18, and the worldwide management of emerging spanish artists like Arianna Puello, Macaco or Pastora.
