Poo Productions represents rising Mozambiquan stars Massukos and the UK-based collective Empty Boat, with whom we have fair trade partnerships. We have produced albums and organized events for both bands and are interested in making connections around Europe for events, licensing, distribution and more. We are open to ideas and proposals!
The music links in to a larger project which aims to raise awareness of the need for clean water and sanitation in the developing world. One of our aims is to deliver funds in to the African economy through trade. Our latest release Waitless by Empty Boat is supporting the work of the charity Pump Aid.
That said, the music, stands alone and has been exceptionally well received by the British press.
