Released in Mozambique in April 2007 at a launch attended by the country's president Armando Guebuza, the album is garnering accolades from all the right people. It has been voted # 6 in the European World Music Charts (Sep 07) and is featured as a Top of the World album in Songlines Sep/Oct issue.
Bumping is dedicated to the memory of Massukos' percussionist Americo Miguel who died in April 2006.
