PROMA Foundation is an institution dedicated to the production and promotion of musical projects.
As Rumbata Beat Band and the first edition of Festival ColorEs Colombia. To be held from 9 to 11 December 2016, at the Bimhuis in Amsterdam, Doelen Rotterdam, Instituto Cervantes Utrecht, Art Singel 100, Amsterdam.
A weekend dedicated to the Colombian culture, concerts, films, conferences and art exhibitions.
