Paolo Damiani-Danilo Rea Duo
Italian jazz cellist and double-bassist Paolo Damiani performs primarily in the avant-garde jazz and post bop mediums. He has recorded for Deep Forest and Bauhas and has performs with a vast array of professional jazz musicians, including Gianluigi Trovesi, Kenny Wheeler, Tony Oxley, Paolo Fresu and Cecil Taylor. In duo with Danilo Rea these two protagonists of the international music scene in tis concert travel from the Beatles to De Andree, from Chico Buarque to their own original pieces in a trip suspended between past and present.
