Jairo Morales, a Venezuelan singer and composer, enriched the European music scene with his unique charisma and musical talent. His work displays a combination of traditional Caribbean tones and contemporary urban beats to create an individual sub-genre of world music. Through his melodic and warm voice, Morales ensures his South American roots remain a focal point despite the modern influences.

Morales’ second album "Pensando en Ti" is made up of songs composed over a lengthy period of eight years. His songs give listeners insight into his own stories and memories, displaying a stylistic blend of salsa brava, salsa romantica, bolero, merengue, cumbia and ballad. The range of the album goes from his first work, "Si tú me das un beso", to his most recent, "Bonita".

Morales consciously chose the variety of genres to showcase the many musical influences he grew up with. Much within his songs focuses on the love and disenchantment in romantic relationships, also being critical towards traditional styles of romance. His use of metaphors and poetic language invites people to listen more closely: "I tell things without directly stating them".

“My aim was to produce the songs in the exact same way I was feeling during the composition phase, the creative process." Due to the vast mix of genres, musical partners were chosen with great care. An outstanding team was formed with Joel Uriola from Caracas, Venezuela, and Arpad Hadnagy from the Viennese label redpmusic. The result of this Austro-Venezuelan collaboration is without doubt an international production of highest quality.
