Sol de Sully Management

For the last 20 years, Sol de Sully has actively represented New Zealand music, particularly Māori Artists, to the international market. Of Hungarian and Bavarian descent, Sol de Sully established his management and agency in Europe 40 years ago, representing some of the most high profile comedians in Germany. In 1986, Sol de Sully Agency extended the Agency stable to include music, starting with organising European tours for Te Vaka. Since 2002, Sol has managed Moana & the Tribe, organising a 35-gig tour of Europe in that first year and negotiating a record deal for Moana with Sony BMG. He has managed subsequent distribution deals, organised hundreds of international and domestic performances. Sol is the executive producer for Moana's albums and is representing the new duo TŪ. This WOMEX, Sol will also be pitching the Modern Māori Quartet in collaboration with Yee Yang “Square” Lee from Squaresums Agency Auckland New Zealand
