Sol Galarreta

Sol Galarreta is a Buenos Aires–born singer-songwriter now based in Germany whose music bridges Latin American roots with global sounds. She began playing guitar in childhood, later expanding to piano, keyboards, and voice. Her early career took shape in the Buenos Aires alternative scene with the group Atlántica, where she developed a strong connection to Brazilian rhythms and world music. Seeking new directions, she moved to Ibiza, immersing herself in the island’s blend of electronica, world, and Balearic sounds. There she collaborated with DJs and producers, including Fous de la Mer, on a number of internationally recognized tracks. Her recent solo album Travesías (“Crossings”) presents original compositions reflecting her personal and artistic journey.
