As a record label, Sons Vadios is present in a double dose at this year's edition of the International Portuguese Music Awards, specifically in the category of best traditional music with the nomination of the trio Maria Monda with the theme “Cio da Terra”, included in the Maria Monda album, and the singer Sara Vidal with “Baile do Ladrão”, a traditional theme from Madeira, included on the album Matriz.
Both albums were released in 2020 by Sons Vadios, pursuing the objective of valuing and promoting Portuguese music at all levels.
The winners will be revealed on September 25th, in a virtual ceremony on the IPMA's Facebook and YouTube, due to sanitary restrictions. Subsequently, the program will be broadcast on The Portuguese Channel, Camões TV, Xfinity On Demand and, worldwide, on RTP Internacional.
