Super Ram

Super RAM is a musical group of the ALTERNATIVE LATIN genre, founded in Colombia in 2021. It is a well-established project with explosive compositions: they incorporate Latin influences (salsa, timba, Colombian folklore) fused with genres such as rock, funk, and hip-hop, among others. Their lyrics are filled with positive messages, encouraging people to chase their dreams, move forward, and celebrate the most precious thing we have: Life! Their live performances are powerful, precise, and full of joy—they will definitely get you out of your seat and make you dance no matter what!
Founded and led by Andrés ‘O Positivo’, pianist, composer, and cultural manager, the group has managed to captivate audiences both in and outside of Colombia. They released their first single in October 2022, along with the video clip “Triki Triki”. At the beginning of 2023, they released their second single and video “En la Luna Me Relajo”. In May 2023, they released their first album “Himno a la Vida” with THE ORCHARD, which was very well received by both the public and the press. In mid-2023, they also released their third video “El Tigre”.
In a short time, they have built a solid base of listeners and followers. Their project has caught the attention of various international festival programmers, allowing them to tour extensively in Switzerland, Germany, and Italy during the summers of 2023 and 2024, performing at festivals such as Longlake Festival Lugano, Festival Verso Festate Stabio, Strassenmusiktage Heidelberg, Festival In Der Strassen Lucerne, among others. In Bogotá, they have performed at venues including Plaza de Bolívar, Teatro Charlot, Parque Nacional, Fiestas de la Candelaria, and Fiestas de Reyes in the Egipto neighborhood.
They have won several grants and competitions: the most recent being the LEP 2024 Grant (Colombia), the Swiss Cultural Fund Grant twice in 2024, the Salinero Festival Contest in Zipaquirá 2024, the Encarretaos Festival 2022, and they were selected for the Valle Music Market 2022. They have participated in business matchmaking events at music markets such as Womex in La Coruña 2023 and as attendees at Circulart 2022.
In 2025, they will continue promoting the group in national and international music markets, organizing tours and concerts to showcase SUPER RAM’s new work... new songs full of PURE ENERGY!
