In Carinthia, the deep south of Austria, people say, "When people sing, they find each other." - Sometimes they stay together.
These happened to the four musicians of klakradl in 2016 - ever since then the quartet tours on its "Klakradl" (a sort of bycicle) through the music styles. Musical virtuosity meets down-to-earth lyrics, strict chamber music meets experimental exuberance and sociable humptata meets great lyricism.
The common musical basis is the (Carinthian) folk music, common to the four is also joy of playing, humour and lightness. They don't like to be put in a drawer, but take the liberty to play what is fun.
"From Kamot to Radau", from quiet to loud, the quartet roams jazz, the traditional Carinthian song, quotes film music and meets ducks, Catholics and Balkan/Carinthian brass bands. Music from this world - made in Carinthia!
